While Gabriel features a common Classical/Caribbean/Mediterranean theme in its vision, we offer four distinct classes of building opportunities.

Estate Homes
Estate Homes are located along Royal Palm and the lakefront. These are the largest lots in the development and range in price from $265,000 to $550,000.

Park Villas
Park Villas are mostly located in the interior of Gabriel and are smaller than Estate Homes. Some of the more popular have views of Emerald Necklace Park. Park Villas range in price from $170,000 to $245,000.

Garden Homes
There are two types of Garden Homes. Gabriel will build 11 Garden Homes on Lots 123 through 133, and these will be priced once the plans are final. Lots 47 through 54 and 145 through 160 are available for sale for custom homes built by lot buyers. Prices for these lots are set from $145,000 to $385,000.

Townhomes
Thirty-eight deluxe townhomes will be built by Third Unit Sales, LLC along the western boundry of Gabriel. These homes will feature both one and two story units and average 1,800 square feet. Since the design work is in progress, pricing is not complete at this time. We do expect brisk sales based on inquiries so far.
